Frequently Asked Questions

How does the free plan work?

REFRAXA includes 5 free photo or video exports per week, each with a REFRAXA watermark. Your allowance resets at the start of each week, local Sunday at midnight.

How do I remove the watermark?

Unlock REFRAXA Pro with a one-time $9.99 purchase (no subscription) — every future export is unlimited and watermark-free.

I purchased Pro on another device. How do I restore it?

Open the paywall (tap the UPGRADE badge) and tap "Restore Purchases." Make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.

The camera or photo permission prompt isn't showing up.

Go to Settings → REFRAXA on your device and make sure Camera, Microphone, and Photos access are enabled.

My saved photo/video didn't appear in Photos.

Check that REFRAXA has Photos access under Settings → REFRAXA → Photos, then try saving again.
